Refuge Tattoos has created one of the CT’s first-ever tattoo and coffee shops. The two businesses, both now located at 95 Pratt St. in Hartford, Refuge Tattoos isn’t your typical tattoo studio. Instead, it’s a place for people to gather, get coffee, celebrate art, Get some art and connect. The coffee bar is powered by The BOP Coffee Roasters.
